UsedPCParts.ca is not the seller of listed hardware. Refunds for seller-to-buyer transactions must be agreed between the buyer and seller.

Refund Policy
Refund handling depends on whether payment was made between users or for paid marketplace services.
Inspect before paying
Buyers should inspect and test used parts before payment whenever possible. Once a private sale is completed, the seller's stated terms apply.
Paid marketplace services
Paid marketplace services such as listing boosts, seller verification, or sponsor ads may be reviewed for refunds when a billing error or service failure occurs.
Stripe payments
Platform payments are processed through Stripe. Any approved refund for platform services will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
